About GH program:(ref: Program Reports)

  1. The research outcomes of the Global Health Program are translated into a comprehensive knowledge base within the Open Constitution AI network, training an AI service capable of interacting with humans and providing information. This service has various applications in the healthcare sector, such as:

...

  • facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers through intelligent video streaming processors, for example, telemedicine

...

  • enabling appointment scheduling and access to verifiable healthcare records for both patients and healthcare providers.

  1. The program has successfully established a project space and computing infrastructure that defines the residency of healthcare-related data collected by a healthcare provider on the network. The Global Health subnet of the network has implemented standards, best practices, checks, and controls:

a. The subnet designated for the program's projects complies with HIPAA standards.

b. The subnet designated for the program’s projects monitors the carbon footprint of the platform itself.

c. The research outcomes and proof of concepts of the Global Health program are currently in progress, including field-specific case studies and surveys. The field surveys are geolocation mapped on the Open Constitution AI network.
d. The hosting Institution, Muellners Foundation, is also an AWS activate partner, ensuring scalability for commercializing any platform built and adapted for public use on OC net (as a digital public service). Other affiliates of the GH program subnet procure, link, and connect computing infrastructure with the core GH program subnet

A: Access to Primary Health Care among members of Self Help Groups

In 2021, about 4.5 billion people, more than half of the global population, were not fully covered by essential health services (WHO 2023). Achieving universal health coverage (UHC), i.e. that everyone has access to quality health services when and where they need them, without facing financial hardship, by 2030 is crucial for fulfilling the promise of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and realizing the fundamental human right to health.

...

.

...

PHC is widely regarded as the most inclusive, equitable and cost-effective way to achieve universal health coverage. Significant cost efficiencies can be achieved, and most (90%) essential UHC interventions can be delivered through a PHC approach. It is also key to strengthening the resilience of health systems to prepare for, respond to and recover from shocks and crises. Digital approaches can further improve access to care, particularly in low-resource settings, by reducing costs and bringing healthcare delivery in real-time.

Combine Microfinance with primary healthcare

qualitative and quantitative field study/survey using the network of self-help groups in  South Asia for implementation and deployment of a health services platform that is secure and encrypted (standards like HIPAA),

The platform is built using domain-specific research for a narrowed-down field - disease prevention.

Autonomous with less human validation
