through a real-time streaming service. Anyone with contributor rights to the Open Constitution network can publish and release a Live stream of the Open Podcast. This page describes the guidelines for the individual contributors for scheduling and recording Livestreams for an episode of the open podcast. With Open Podcast, the Foundation's global citizens express their views, their case studies, and open research in an open session. |

Multi-Lingual:
Open Podcast episodes shall be broadcast in any medium of language. It Depending on the registered attendee's demographics, it is recommended to use a single medium of language for an entire episode, depending on the registered attendee's demographics. However, if participating members come from different time zones and regions, multi-lingual podcast episodes should also be organized.
Moderators should play an active role in guiding the conversation of a multi-lingual episode. Media CWC shall assist panellists with speech interpretations, language translation technology and podcast subtitles.
Differently Abled:
If a member is differently abled and, due to any reason, unable to contribute with to their speech, then the member may use a machine translator or a speech machine to express their views in the episode or a representative shall be chosen to verbalize the thoughts.
In the absence of a speech assist machine, if the member(s) know how to communicate using sign language, then the member(s) may choose to do so. For more outreach of regarding the membermembers' s expressions, Media CWC should assist in adding subtitles to the podcast , with care, sensitivity, and empathy.
Other members participating members in an open podcast episode shall take extra precautions in ensuring to ensure the privacy of their peer, peers who is are participating without their human speech ability.
Speaker Privacy and Anonymity:
At times, member(s) may wish to express their views on a sensitive subject , and may not wish want to be publicly recognized. At times, member(s) may express their views opinions on a very personal subject , to them and may not wish to be publicly recognizedidentified.
If a subject of discussion is sensitive and appears on the Foundation's List of Sensitivity, and a member wishes to remain anonymous , during the podcast episode, then they shall do so under the alias 'Sentient Bot'.

At times, members publish the advocacy of for the Foundation's guiding principles in an open podcast episode. We aspire to be a community that is built on the core principle of social inclusion of all human beings. Freedom of expression also comes with responsibilities. Therefore, no Freedom of expression is not freedom of expressionNo member shall publish video, audio, or any form of content , containing sexually explicit imagery in the open podcast.
More importantly, members shall take extra precautions in publishing video, audio, or other forms of content , depicting children(read human) below under the age of 18 years, by obtaining due the consent of the guardian of the underage human's guardian. Please reach out to the HelpPlease point the members who have reached the age of 15 and under the age of 18 to the Trust Governance Center for the 'Release Form' in such cases if you wish to document an underage human in a podcast episode.
