What is Open Constitution AI?
Open Constitution AI is an autonomous, public information system(a digital commons infrastructure) that uses machine learning and knowledge-based approaches to achieve a set of objectives.
An extra territorial ‘Foundation’ runs the extra territorial Trust network.

The AI network is powered by an Embedded Knowledge Base(EKB). The EKB is like an integrated chip into the computing machine network(read Robot). The AI services are accessible through a public network only if EKB is active. EKBs are responsible for Knowledge integration, a process for synthesizing multiple knowledge models (or representations) into a standard learning model. Muellners Foundation, the creator lessor of the EKBSelf Governance layer, makes different representations of EKB available: Knowledge Base, quantum chips, integrated chips, or information signal processing guides. “The EKB of the Open Constitution AI network is further enhanced through a publicly accessible network, comprising representation of any participant's intangible intellectual property. Voluntary contributions can be made to the Contributions Delivery Subnet through the electronic residency or tenancy of the network.
