Please note that you will need to activate your E Residency lease, in case your Contribution proposal gets selected by the Foundation, during the application review period. An activated E Residency gives you Trust keys to access third party APIs, and network’s deployment resources to do what you have to do, as part of your voluntary contributions to the network.

Section 3: Applicants shall add their CV, or a public url(s) of contributions/history of their contributions, to a project, licensed with any open source license listed here.

Note: Learn Fellowship mentors shall review applications only on the technical merits of the USE CASE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION.

Therefore, it is optional to add any personal details eg NPPIs in the Proposal Details, which the OC Network already receives, once you register an E Residency in the authentication step below.
