Activating Acceleration means
Activating mentorship from the Foundation members, who are industry and subject matter experts and electorally appointed to the Open Council and other governing bodies.
Activating industry partnerships and resources from Open Constitution partner program to advance the startup project to a service/market delivery stage
Activating network policies for Reducing to practice Startup Project’s product or service delivery with an open source release attributable to Open Constitution license initiative.
Open Constitution network appoints members to the Open Council’s Advisory Council.
Advisory Council members are generally individuals of industry wide reputation, having had persistent success in steering and contributing to the humankind, with major sustainable impact.
They can be successful entrepreneurs, social leaders, industry professionals, senior scientists, writers, filmmakers, musicians and artists.
The members usually stays on the Advisory Council for a fixed period.

These members provide mentorship and professional guidance to Startup projects hosted on the Open Constitution network, using the Foundation’s charters and network resources.
To activate mentorship, a startup project should have graduated from the Incubation stage, and approved for Acceleration on the Open Source Exchange.
Eligibility criteria for a startup/project to be graduated to Stage: Acceleration on the Open Constitution network.
Startup project has successfully created a public, Project Tracker/ Issue Board on the network’s project collaboration site, during the incubation.
Startup project has a public, verified, Account Profile on the Member Directory of the Open Bank Portal.
Startup project has a public, source code or source of truth of
Minimum Viable Product or service of the startup Or
beta release of product on Finscale distribution
