Event License
Any conference, symposium, seminar or gathering that utilizes Serenity's best practices requires an activated event license to ensure compliance with the legal indemnification framework of the digital commons infrastructure.
Self-Organizing: To organize events such as virtual hackathons, code camps, product boot camps, research association events and more under the Open Constitution AI network, members can form an organizing committee and obtain an event license. This allows them to plan and execute various aspects of the events.
It's important to note that this knowledge base establishes best practices and standards for Serenity Events. The local organizing committee determines the theme and agenda of the event.
Once their event license is approved, the members can submit an Event proposal and receive payouts in the event’s Trust account.
The activation of the Serenity License enables local chapters to use the name and trademarks of the Foundation, invite the Trust’s local members, and run network projects in publicity or news releases related to organizing events controlled by Open Constitution AI network Event License.
These events may be physical, virtual or a combination thereof.
All organized events must align with the Steering Agenda set up by the Steering Council and adhere to guidelines established by the Media Council.
