A Vault is an individual member’s repository that holds your social credits.
Your Vault represents a borderless account on the Open Bank program of the Foundation.
Vault contents are on the electronic ledger registry of the Open Constitution AI network.
You can only gain access to the Vault if you are an activated E Resident of the network.
Simply put: a Vault is where you hold your Social Credits. You use a Vault to transact Social Credits.
