Activating Project Tenancy
This article helps projects in applying for tenancy on the Open Constitution network. Here are the steps:
STEP 1: Submit the application for an Open bank account.

Please use an official email address of the Muellners Foundation, if the project is maintained by a constituted C.W.C already. Or else, please use a registered domain name, trademark of the project (if any). Project applications with personal email addresses get scrutinised by the AI.

Please provide necessary information, and supply consent to Network policies. Upon Submitting the application, you shall see the below response on your screen.

Email Confirmation:
After submitting the application, in most account cases, you shall receive an email requesting Activation as below:
Follow the instructions (Click on the button with the link) in the email and set up a password to activate your account.
Exception: In some case, an Account creation might get on hold by the network AI for a manual review: AI needs human assistance for case processing.
You shall receive an email like below. Don’t worry. Please wait for 7-14 days and the status may change. Change in status will also be notified to your registration email.
Congrats! Your Project Account is now Active. Please Login.
Exception: If your Project Account was held for manual review by the Network AI and was finally approved by a human member, you should receive an email like below, with instructions for login in and setting up your password.
You can visit https://www.open-bank.org/login/ or follow the link in the email to Login by setting up your Account Password.
Note: Once logged in, you will be required to setup 2 Factor Authentication to secure access to any Trust keys. Read User Manual for setting up 2 FA here.
STEP 2: Place Request for Project Tenancy Lease
After the Email Activation, you shall place a request for the appropriate E Lease.
Open Constitution Project Tenancy
Please select your Project Attributes, Team size and Place Request.
A Project Tenancy Lease will provide you and project team members usable Trust Keys with Master API key and resource specific keys (Activation limits are set up by the Network AI) to access Open Constitution network resources.
Note: A Nominal Fee is charged to maintain the electronic ledgers for the E lease records.
Please Enter your Full Name, Address of any Legal Representation created for the Project e.g Project Name, Trademark Registration, patent registration etc. Authenticate this Transaction.
Unfortunately, a Vault Account is yet not active, until a Project Account is subscribed to this Tenancy Lease. So, a member can only authenticate the transaction, using a Credit or Debit Card for confirming this request.
STEP 3: Complete Profile for Account Verification:
About Auto Verification:
For Project Account cases, your account may require to be verified, e.g to receive Third Party or Network Partner benefits, as part of network policy.
You generally do not have to do anything to request verification.
In case, if you want to place an Account Verification, you have the option to do so. To request verification, once logged in, please click on Request Verification in Account Settings.
If your account is verified, you should receive an email like below.
RESULT: Tenancy electronic Lease is now activated.
You will be notified by email when your E Lease is activated. This is generally done within 7 days.
A vault Account is now setup for your Project Account and API keys are available for use, in the Account Console.
