The Ethics Council's role is to advise, observe, and steer the human values upon which the Foundation rests.

The Ethics Council of the Open Council of the Foundation consists of senior lawmakers, distinguished members of the judiciary from democratic governments, ambassadors of peace, and leading civil rights activists.

They have had persistent success in contributing to humankind with a major sustainable impact.
