CouncilPost is established as an independent human rights initiative. It is now registered, and its bylaws are public and also uploaded to the Danish Business Register.
CouncilPost uses Open Constitution AI network's infrastructure and electoral certification process.
CouncilPost's activities in accordance with Articles of Association can officially commence on 1st July 2024 as is the date.
Since CouncilPost also has members from state governments and diplomatic missions,
CouncilPost's activities are organized under ''Activities of extraterritorial organisations and bodies'' 99.00.00; and Foreign affairs similar to setting up a diplomatic mission or a mission of an extra territorial agency in a jurisdiction.
