Members who are nominated to the Global Mentorship body can retain vested equity and Stock Options in network’s affiliate Legal body, registered for undertaking economic activities, on behalf of the Open Constitution network.
Startups registered for a startup tenancy on the Open Constitution network do not have to exchange equity for the contributions made by the Foundation to the startup.
Open Source Exchange program does not require Tenant Startups to give equity to Mentors from the network community. It is a different thing if a startup founders decide to share equity with select members of the community.
