Citizenship of Open Constitution is self regulated, within the means and provisions of:
a. Foundation constituent registered agent or Fiscal Host's compliance levels with the Articles of Association of the Open Constitution.
b. Foundation constituent registered agent or Fiscal Host's compliance levels with local business laws.
