Getting Started with a Subscriber FREE SUBSCRIBER Account
We call it by many names. According to Open Access Charter, a Subscriber Access is given to netizens upon tokenized to any natural person on the Planet Earth, based upon a basic Self Identification. It This type of account is also known as a Guest Account or Observer Account or Netizen.
The Subscriber Access is basically for those type of humans who are at the beginning of the Learning Curve with the Open Constitution initiative.

After creating a Guest Account, we recommend you to Activate E Residency, when it is operational in your region, and only use Subscribe Account where the Open Constitution initiative has not been Self Organised by the one or more natural persons. You should use a Guest Account with a Subscriber’s access, only when the Open Constitution network’s Fiscal Host is presently not appointed in the region of your residence.
