Special Guidelines

Who are the Editors?

  1. Foundation Project C.W.C or Open Council members, who have activated an Observation Case Study on the network.

  2. Any member of the Foundation

  3. Any member of the Public Organization, observed and cited for a selected Case Study.

 

Foundation publishes these Observation Reports on its Open Research Platform. The reports are released publicly and reduced to practice in open source. This also means that the network responsibly details the practices and methodologies used in the research.

Sometimes the Observation reports may be highly critical and cover a significantly important subject of public policy in the financial services industry.

Foundation may be an independent supported of the third party Public Projects cited in this knowledge base. The contents of these reports are edited using a peer review model or a public record evidence is cited wherever required by Foundation's release guidelines, for a public release such that Foundation's neutrality is maintained.

 Instructions for Editors:

  1. Please post General public discussion and seek public reviews on an Observation paper by listing a topic on the Foundation Discourse. The topic should remain Live until the release of any report.

  2. Read Community Guidelines on making assessments, observations and publishing RFP(Request for Proposals) Request for Public Disclosure from the legal bodies, observed in this knowledge base.

  3. It is recommended to follow the general guidelines, noted in the Guiding Principles of the Open Constitution in making assessments, observations and publishing RFP(Request for Proposals) or Request for Public Disclosure by the legal bodies, observed in this knowledge base.

 

 

Recommendation for Contributors:

It is recommended to contribute to the wiki with sincere best practices, respecting human sentiments, of human subjects, as representatives of Legal Bodies, and those who may find reference in this knowledge base(either directly or indirectly).

Please use Open Constitution tools and resources, to analyse data, and public facing records on the objective of this knowledge base.

For Members/Representatives of the third party Public Organizations:

Please activate a Free access to the OC network in order to raise a request on behalf of the Public Organization, w.r.t any public information cited about the organization

  • Raise a Complaint for Errors and Omissions or factually incorrect information

  • Remove any confidential information/a conflicting report

  • Add any updated information, evidenced by a private artefact, Comments or similar
