For Incubation, Program does not require Tenant Startups to give any equity to the Foundation, which is maintaining the Open Constitution network.
The only thing Tenant Startups are required to do is to actively reduce to practice any Intellectual Property created on the network resources to open source, and attribute to Open Constitution license.
Foundation as a statutory body receives rights to use the Intellectual Property.

Open Constitution is helping individuals and social startups accelerate their projects.
Acceleration of startups requires Startups certain focused resources from the network.
